Gianna Ragona-Suarez, E-RYT, Owner, Director of Teacher Training
Gianna has been a practicing Yogi for over 20 years, she teaches Hatha Vinyasa, the classic, flowing style of yoga. Gianna leads 200 Hr. Yoga Teacher Training Certification and has been a member of Yoga Alliance since 2007. As owner of Go Yoga Amelia Island she continues to bring her style to those who seek spiritual, physical and mental wellness.
She started up Agora Yoga Center at the Marriott Hotel in CT, where she raised her two children and lived for 28 years. She has taught Christian Yoga in various churches, the YMCA, Kings Bay Naval Base and in various other locations. Following her Karmic journey she travelled to India, Turkey, Italy and South America with yoga foremost on her mind. She brings a Global perspective to the yoga she teaches. She holds advanced certifications in: Ayurvedic Healing, Yoga for PTSD, Laughing Yoga, Kids Yoga, Chakra Therapy and intensive studies at both Omega and Kripalu Centers.
Santosha (Tessa) McCarthy
Tessa has given up her corporate job to focus on teaching yoga. She is a full time teacher specializing in Restorative, Yin Yoga, and Yoga for Vets. She is passionate about her yoga practice and constantly updates her training and skills. She leads a compassionate yoga session dedicated to wellness, reducing stress and finding ones inner path. She also teaches yoga at Kings Bay Naval Base.
She holds a 200 hour Certification from Go Yoga Amelia Island.
Lynn Lees Aiello
Lynn has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years. She became a certified yoga instructor 6 years ago because she wanted to work with the woman’s issues in particular. She has been instrumental in helping women in crisis in shelters and loves being part of the healing process. Her other love is teaching children with disabilities. She is compassionate and patient.
Lynn’s practice in yoga is influenced by her experience in Iyengar alignment and Kripalu flow. She is dedicated to correct alignment along with the healing abilities of yoga for both mind and body in the philosophy of “do no harm”. She loves to have fun during her classes while honoring the serious practice of this ancient discipline.
Lynn is currently working towards her 500 hour certification by consistently taking advanced courses. Her yoga teacher training certification is through a hospital affiliate, Lourdes Holistic and Wellness Institute in Collingswood, New Jersey.
Cheryl Ann Hines, RYT
Cheryl has a deep love for yoga and Mother Nature. Combining the two is her passion. Her dynamic classes fuse many styles of yoga. Over the past twelve years, she has drawn from her experiences in Anusara, Ashtanga, Power, Yin, Bhakti, Kripalu, and Bikram styles. She is former aerobic instructor and dancer. Her mindful practice has helped her through the recent loss of a loved one and has been instrumental in her healing.
Cheryl uses her creative abilities to create a lively yoga experience with unique playlists to inspire her students. As a teacher, her intention is to bring the student deeper into practice of yoga to connect with the inner source of strength that supports us all.
Cheryl’s certifications include RYT 200 through Yoga Den, StandUp Paddle Board Yoga, and Fitness Training with Omcore.
